1. Who we are
Lootbeez ("we", "us") is a free online game played in your web browser at https://lootbeez.com. These Terms are an agreement between you and us.
2. Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, play only with the permission of a parent or guardian. Real-world rewards or prizes (if we ever offer them) are only for players aged 18 and above who live in a place where such rewards are allowed.
3. Your account
You sign in with an email code or with Google. Keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Give true information and keep to one account per person.
4. Coins and items are game points
Coins, diamonds, crystals, pearls, cards, Style items, spins and every other thing inside the game are virtual game points. They have no cash value, cannot be bought with real money, and cannot be sold, traded or moved outside the game. We may change prices, rates and balances to keep the game fair.
5. No payment, no gambling, no investment
You never need to pay us to play. Nothing in the game is a bet, a lottery, a chit fund, a scheme to earn money, or an investment. Buying cards, opening Lucky Boxes or spinning the wheel uses game coins only. Lootbeez is not a "money game" and no player can win or lose real money by playing.
5A. Free games and paid challenges
The Games hub has Free games and Paid challenges. Free games give coins for your score. In a Paid challenge you stake game coins on your own skill: if you reach the target in time you win more coins back, otherwise the stake is gone. Paid challenges are for players aged 18 and above, you confirm your age before joining, and there are daily limits. Targets are set by us and can change. Stakes and winnings are game coins only: they have no cash value and can never be bought, sold, withdrawn or exchanged for money, coupons or prizes. We do not offer games of chance for real money.
6. Rewards, prizes and coupons
From time to time we may run promotions where some players receive gifts, coupons or offers. These are given at our choice: we decide who qualifies, how it is given and when it ends. A promotion is not a promise of money. Prizes may need identity checks (KYC) and may be subject to tax (such as TDS) under Indian law. The "Withdraw" feature is not open yet; if it opens, extra rules will be shown before you use it.
7. Voice features
Voice mining measures how loud your microphone is on your own device to see if you are speaking. We do not record, store or send your audio. The Voice Quiz and Voice Duel use your browser's speech recognition only while you use them. You can switch the microphone off in your browser at any time.
8. Energy, windows and limits
To keep the game fair for everyone, voice mining uses an energy bar (about 30 minutes of speech when it is full) that refills over a few hours, free games use an energy bar too, and everything has daily limits. The exact numbers can change and are shown in the app.
9. Ads and partner offers
We show ads and partner offers (for example through Google AdSense) and give coins for watching or finishing them. Partners are responsible for their own apps, sites and offers. We may refuse or take back a reward if an ad was faked or an offer was not completed honestly.
10. Invites and referrals
You get bonus coins when real friends join with your invite link, plus a small share of the game coins your invited friends (and the friends they invite, up to 5 levels) earn. These are game coins only and we may change or stop them at any time. Inviting yourself, making fake accounts, buying or selling invites, or misleading people about earnings is not allowed and can lead to removal of coins and a ban.
11. Fair play
No bots, scripts, auto-clickers, emulators, hacking, exploiting bugs, multiple accounts, VPN abuse or faking ad views. We may remove unfair rewards, reset balances or ban accounts. See the Fair Play Rules.
12. What you post
Names, usernames, bios, messages and support requests must not contain hate, threats, harassment, adult content, scams, spam, other people's private details or anything illegal. We may remove content or change a name that breaks these rules.
13. Notifications
If you allow notifications, we may send game reminders and news. You can switch them off any time in the app or in your browser settings.
14. Our rights
The game, its name, design, text, pictures and code belong to us or our licensors. You may play it for yourself, but you may not copy, sell, reverse-engineer or attack it. Do not test its security without permission (see the Security page for how to report problems).
15. Third-party services
The game uses services such as Cloudflare (hosting), Google (sign-in and ads), an email provider (login codes) and your browser's notification service. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them.
16. Seasons and changes
The game runs in seasons. Rules, rewards, balances and features can change between seasons or at any time; big changes are announced in the app. We may also stop the game or a feature.
17. Suspension and ending
We may warn, limit or ban an account that breaks these Terms or the law. You can stop playing at any time and can delete your account in Settings → Privacy & Security → Data & Privacy.
18. No warranty
The game is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it running and safe, but we do not promise that it will always work, be free of errors or keep your progress forever.
19. Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses, lost game progress or lost rewards caused by outages, bugs, attacks or changes. Because the game is free and coins have no cash value, our total responsibility to you is limited to the maximum the law allows. Nothing here limits rights you cannot lose under law.
20. Law and disputes
These Terms follow the laws of India. Please write to us first (see Contact) and we will try to solve the problem within 30 days. If it cannot be solved, the courts in India will decide.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new Terms.
