Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Lootbeez collects, why, and what you can do about it. It follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 of India. Last updated: 16 October 2026.
1. Who is responsible
Lootbeez ("we") runs the game at https://lootbeez.com. We decide why and how your data is used. Contact: see the Contact page.
2. Data we collect
Account: your email address (email sign-in) or your Google account id, name and email (Google sign-in). Profile: username, avatar, bio, location and links if you add them. Game: coins, cards, levels, rewards, rankings, invites, gifts, messages, game scores and daily actions. Support: messages you send us. Technical: a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, browser type, time of sign-in and error reports. Notifications: a browser subscription address if you allow notifications.
3. Data we do not collect
We do not collect your contacts, photos, files, exact location, phone number, bank or card details, or any audio recording.
4. Microphone
Voice mining only measures how loud your microphone is, on your device, to see if you are speaking. The sound is never recorded, stored or uploaded. The Voice Quiz and Voice Duel use your browser's speech recognition while you hold the button; your browser provider may process that speech under its own policy.
5. Why we use your data
To run your account and the game, give rewards, show profiles and leaderboards, stop cheating and fake accounts, keep the service safe, answer support requests, send login codes and notifications you asked for, and understand which features are used (counts only). We use your data with your consent and for the legitimate uses listed here.
6. Ads
We show ads (for example Google AdSense). Ad partners may use cookies or similar technology to show and measure ads. We never give ad partners your email address. You can limit ad personalisation in your Google ad settings.
7. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We use trusted service providers who process data for us: Cloudflare (hosting and database), Google (sign-in and ads), an email provider (login codes) and browser push services (notifications). Your public profile (username, avatar, rank and level) is visible to other players. We may share data when the law or a court requires it, or to protect players and the service from fraud and abuse.
8. Cookies and local storage
We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and remember settings. A short-lived cookie is used during Google sign-in and invite links. See the Cookie Policy.
9. How long we keep data
We keep your data while your account is active. Sign-in sessions last 30 days. When you delete your account we remove your personal data from our systems straight away, except what we must keep to follow the law or stop abuse (for example a record that a device was banned). Backups are replaced within 30 days.
10. Security
We protect data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed sign-in tokens, access limits, rate limits and regular checks. No system is perfectly safe; if a breach affects you we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
11. Your rights
You can see and edit your profile in the app, download a copy of your data (Settings → Privacy & Security → Data & Privacy), correct your data, withdraw consent (for example turn off notifications), delete your account in the app, and complain to us. You can also complain to the Data Protection Board of India. We answer requests within 30 days.
12. Children
The game is for people aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you think a child under 13 has an account, contact us and we will delete it. Players under 18 should have a parent's permission.
13. Data stored outside India
Our providers may store or process data in other countries. We use providers that protect data with strong safeguards.
14. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Big changes will be shown in the app.
