FAQ
Quick answers to common questions. Last updated: 16 October 2026.
How do I mine coins?
Tap the mic on Home and speak. Every second you talk earns coins and XP. Taps alone earn nothing. Voice mining spends your energy bar (about 30 minutes of speech when full), and the bar refills over about 3 hours, so you can come back any time.
Is my voice recorded?
No. The app only measures how loud the sound is, on your device. Audio is never recorded, stored or sent anywhere. The Voice Quiz uses your browser's speech recognition only while you hold the mic button.
What are Mine cards and profit per hour?
Buy company cards in the Mine tab. Each card adds coins every hour, also while the app is closed, for up to 3 hours (a Manager from the shop makes it 12). Open the app again to collect it; the next hours start counting from then.
How do Worlds work?
Earning coins moves you from Ocean Depths to Green Earth, the Desert and on, up to 10 Worlds. Each World makes everything pay more.
What are the Daily Combo and the Secret Code?
The Daily Combo is 3 secret Mine cards each day — upgrade the right ones to win. The Secret Code is posted on our Instagram / Telegram; type it in the Daily tab before it expires.
How do invites work?
Share your invite link. When a friend signs up with it, you both get bonus coins, and you get a small share of the game coins your friends (and their friends, up to 5 levels) earn. It is game coins only.
Why did my mining stop?
Voice mining spends an energy bar: about 30 minutes of speech when it is full. The bar refills by itself, also when the app is closed, and is full again after about 3 hours. Your Mine cards keep earning during that time.
What are Free games and Paid challenges?
Free games (Games → Free) are 10 endless phone games that give coins for your score. Paid challenges (Games → Paid, 18+ only) let you stake game coins on your skill: beat the target in time to win more coins back, otherwise the stake is lost. Coins are game points only and have no cash value.
Can I buy coins with money?
No. Nothing in Lootbeez is sold for real money and you never need to pay to play. Be careful of anyone who says otherwise.
When can I withdraw?
Withdraw is "coming soon". Coins are game points; see the Terms for how rewards work.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Privacy & Security → Data & Privacy → Delete my account. See the Account Deletion page.
