Account Deletion
You can delete your Lootbeez account and data at any time. Last updated: 16 October 2026.
In the app
Sign in, open Settings → Privacy & Security → Data & Privacy → Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm. Your account, coins, cards, rewards, messages and sign-in sessions are erased straight away.
If you cannot sign in
Open the Contact page and write to us from the email address of the account (or tell us your username). We will verify it is you and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your profile, game progress, balances, messages, support tickets, notification subscriptions and sign-in sessions. A few records may stay when the law requires or to stop abuse.
Cannot be undone
Deleted accounts and coins cannot be brought back.
